At Hi-Line Cooperative, we have a fantastic team of more than 80 devoted employees who come to work everyday with one primary focus in mind – providing dependable, quality service for our customers.
We’re well known for building quality, long-term relationships with farmers in Southwestern Nebraska and supplying them with all the products, services and support they need to be successful. From custom fertility and crop protection applications, to quality fuel, seed and precision farming technologies, you can depend on Hi-Line Co-op to help you maximize the production of your operation.
Our services don’t end with agriculture. Our energy team delivers propane to keep area homes and businesses warm in the winter, and our local Cenex® Fuel Stations, C-Stores and Tire & Auto Service Shops always keep local residents well fed and on the road in the communities of Elsie, Wallace and Sutherland, NE.
We work hard to earn your business at Hi-Line Cooperative, and we work even harder to keep it. Please contact us to learn how we can contribute to your growth and success.
To be a financially strong cooperative that serves our customers with a focus on future needs that generate profits for our patrons and value for our communities.
To be a customer-focused, industry leader in agronomy, energy products and services with a legacy of dependability and safety in the communities we serve.
Workplace safety is a huge component of working at Hi-Line Cooperative. We have a dedicated safety director who works hard to make sure each of our locations provides a safe environment for our employees and customers alike. In addition to an extensive safety training process when hired, our employees go through annual and quarterly safety training sessions, as well.
Youth Agriculture Education Organizations
With agriculture playing such a vital role in our communities and business, we’ve always been dedicated to supporting the local FFA chapters and 4-H groups, which are educating our next generation of farmers in Southwestern Nebraska.
The Lincoln, Perkins and Keith county fairs are fun community gathering places in our service area and they play an important role in celebrating the region’s close connection to agriculture. We always enjoy sponsoring these fairs, and we often purchase animals being shown by children to recognize and support their efforts.
Held annually on the third weekend in July, the Mikey Ride was started in 2006 as a way for local resident Mike Maupin and his wife Susie to give back to the community and share their love of riding. The 240-mile motorcycle ride and poker run and supper raises thousands of dollars every year, which is donated to an area person who is recovering from medical issues. Hi-Line Cooperative is proud to support this event!
Always a lot of fun, the whole community shows up for the Independence Day festivities and the Sutherland Rodeo, which has been running for nearly 80 years.
