To be a profitable service driven division of Hi-Line Cooperative. To operate our fertilizer plants with safety for our employees, cleanliness, and maintenance of our property and equipment, to state a positive image to our environment. To utilize our equipment to maximize the overall division profit without preference of one plant over another.
